i found the location excellent, offering direct beach access and the chance to view penguins. staff members were helpful . the pool table was a nice amenity, providing entertainment, and the expansive yard space allowed children room to play (it was great).

the restaurant had limited hours, which required me to seek dining options elsewhere.

the restaurant was closed, and i found this out only when i checked in, which wasn't great. it's a drive to other places, and choices were limited, a big disappointment. also, the gate to the beach stayed locked overnight, so a sunrise walk wasn't possible.

i really liked the hotel's private beach access. its location near the town. i especially enjoyed the complimentary guest laundry facilities. the outdoor amenities also provided a relaxed experience.

the main light in our room was bright, and a dimmer switch would have been great.
